Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi received the Algerian Ambassador to Vietnam
At the meeting, Ambassador Abdelhamid Boubazine thanked Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi and the Ministry of Construction for attention and close coordination with the Algerian Embassy during his term in Vietnam, especially in implementing the projects was signed by the two sides at the Vietnam - Algeria Intergovernmental Committee Meetings as well as the preparation and successful organization of the 12th Vietnam - Algeria Intergovernmental Committee
Meeting in Hanoi capital.
He also shared many memories during his term in Vietnam and with the Ministry of Construction, and said that he always had a deep love for the Vietnamese country and people, especially Dien Bien Phu city. The Ambassador believed that the cooperative relationship between the two sides would strongly develop in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi acknowledged and appreciated the positive and important contributions of Ambassador Abdelhamid Boubazine during his term of office in Vietnam, especially his coordination with the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction to successfully organize the 12th Meeting of the Vietnam - Algeria Intergovernmental Committee, contributing to promoting bilateral partnership.
During his term in Vietnam, the Ambassador actively participated in activities such as coordinating to organize the 60th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relation between Vietnam and Algeria (October 28, 1962 - October 28, 2022); successfully promoted the twinning between Dien Bien province of Vietnam and Batna province of Algeria; participated in organizing, staging and performing the play "The Man in Rubber Sandals" - a very famous work about Uncle Ho by Algerian playwright Kateb Yacine.

Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi congratulated Ambassador Abdelhamid Boubazine on successfully completing his working term in Vietnam and receiving the Medal "For Peace and Friendship among Peoples", awarded by the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations. This is recognition of the Ambassador's tireless contributions to further promote friendly cooperative relations and strengthen solidarity between the people of Vietnam and Algeria.
Minister Nguyen Thanh Nghi believes that in the coming time, no matter what position he holds, Ambassador Abdelhamid Boubazine will always support the Ministry of Construction, Vietnamese ministries, departments, branches, and businesses to promote cooperation with Algerian units, partners, and businesses; thereby continually contribute to promoting the good cooperative relation between the Governments and people of the two countries.
