Position, function: The Building Materials Department is an agency belong the Ministry of Construction, performing advising the Minister management in the field ofbuilding materials, manager for the field of construction engineering towards units of Ministry.

Position, function: The Construction Economics Department is an agency belong the Ministry of Construction, performing the function to advise the Minister management on economic development and urban economics in the field of state management of Ministry.
Science - Technology and Environment Department (24/10/2013)
Position, function: The Science - Technology and Environment Department is an agency belong the Ministry of Construction, performing the function to advise the Minister management on the science, technology and environment in the task the state management of Ministry, including : scientific research and technological development, application of technical progress, transfer of technology, standards, measurement and quality poducts - goods; industrial property; technical barriers to trade, environmental protection, information science and technology in the field of state management of Ministry.

Position, function: The Enterprises Manegment Department is an agency belong the Ministry of Construction, performing the function to advise and assist the Minister in performing several of rights, responsibilities and obligations of all state-owned state enterprises and state capital investments in enterprises under its management in accordance with the law and perform management functions for state enterprises, cooperatives in all sectors economic activity in areas under its state management as assigned, authorized by the Minister.

Position, function: The Legal Affairs Department is an agency belong the Ministry of Construction, performing the function to advise the Minister management by law in the fields under function state management of Ministrystate delivery by the Government; perform legal activities of Ministry of Construction in accordance with law; to carry out the controling administrative procedures in the field of state management of Ministry.
