In the morning of September 24th 2010 in Hanoi, on behalf of theMinistry of Construction, Deputy Minister Mr. Trinh Dinh Dung - memberof the CPV Central Committee had an intimate meeting with Mr. KenjiroFUKUBAYASHI and Mr. Takashi FUJINO - Two Chairman of Keidanren and thedelegation from Japan.
At the meeting, Deputy Minister Trinh Dinh Dung expressed pleasure at the growing relationship between two countries, particularly in the construction area. Japan has taken the lead among the non-refundable aid to Vietnam. In 2009, total Japanese ODA loans to Vietnam's equivalent to two billion dollars to build infrastructure, bridges, roads, housing, hospitals and schools.
Deputy Minister Trinh Dinh Dung emphasized that the Japanese investment projects in Vietnam in various fields diverse, environmentally friendly, has been bringing high economic efficiency to help Vietnam with the rapid integration of in the region and the world.
On behalf of the Japanese delegation, Mr. Kenjiro FKUBAYASHI appreciate a warm welcome from the leaders of Ministry of Construction. Besides the acceleration of projects signed with Vietnam as the project "Capacity building planning and urban management"; the project "Improving management capacity building quality and safety in construction"; the project "Development of the capacity of urban water supply company of some central provinces". JCA is considering two projects:" Strengthening the management of solid waste "and "Advanced management capacity costs".
